Caller: "Telstra"

Saying that my broadband connection has issues making myself exposed to the public internet. When confronting him that I am not a Telstra customer and I am accessing nbn through a different retailer, he is trying to convince me that they are providing Internet to all residents in Australia. Likely scam call.
