Went straight through to message bank tried to call them back only to go to fax this is rubbish what kind of a system have you got your voice recognition is no good what so ever been trying to get through for one hour I think they need to overhaul there system I’m going to complain to my member of parliament and it should be on 60 minuets this is crap I feel sorry for the elderly you need to get your act together

Trying to call to get information for my daughter- I am authorised to do so. Your self service system isn't giving me any help whatsoever. Unbelievable. I will now have to drive 25kms to ask a question. Absolutely disgusting lack of service.

i have never been so stuffed around by staff in your office in all my 56 years. my husband and i have had to drive 100k 5 times cause we have been given the wrong info. now i receive a letter stateing i have been rejected cause i didn't supply documents that i have supplied. also your info on myself states i have 13 thousand dollars in 2 phantom bank accounts and i work. i am applying for a pension and i have supplied a dr certificate stating i cannot WORK. i have not worked for over 10 years, now i have to drive 100k again. very very angry

Trying to ring Seymour Office to ask if appointment is needed to register for unemployment benefits. The phone number given on the contact details for Seymour office(03) 57 35 50 99 only to get a fax number. Would be great if this question can be answered and or a contact phone number not fax number could be either emailed or a phone call made to me on 0418 331 038
