Landline: South - East Region; Victoria, Wangaratta. Caller calls later at night 2000hrs+ female and/or male with heavy accent barely able to understand. Seems to stick to scripted conversation when they call. Audible background chatter. Suspect overseas call centre using Australian Landline. Block or do not answer.
