Call from Visa and MasterCard. Hung up, very poor line.

Informed me that over $2000.00 have been taken out of my commonwealth bank account. That account was cancelled over 6 months ago and I had a limit of $1000.00 on that account anyway. When I queried this she hung up

Said from visa Collins street,about my debit card being used for 2 transactions , have I given anyone the details over the phone this morning or used for these 2 transactions. She knew my name and street address. Went along with her ,she wanted to cancel my card and issue a new one. Sending a code to my bank etc. as soon as I told her I will contact my bank she hung up. Be careful , she was gradually asking for more information.

claiming to call from master card and visa card security and saying 2 transaction has been made , and they have frozen the accounts
