Left message half a number regarding an order advising me to ring this number to cancel..I never order like this…scam for sure

Notifying they would be taking x $ from my bank account. To cancel order dial 1 or (some lengthy no.)

Scam! Said they were from eBay and my account was being used to purchase iTunes cards using after pay wanted me to go through a verification process and they would send me the amount so that if the purchase went through I wouldn’t be affected. Naturally the lovely Indian lady hung up when I said well that doesn’t make sense - why don’t you just cancel the order? I assume the verification process was the part where I’d give them personal information about myself to facilitate their scam, but since she hung up on me I’ll never know. What a bunch of bottom feeders!!

The heavily accented guy said he was from eBay and wanted to guide me through steps to cancel an order from an overseas suspect source. I became suspicious so I hung up and blocked the number. The number stated Buffalo, Victoria.
