Rang back and got automated voice apologising for inconvenience - SPAM is my guess. I have blocked the number

I don't answer unknown numbers, and I always look them up on searches like this, and then I BLOCK them. Now days this is happening too often, I block 4-6 numbers daily not to mention all the scam emails. So over it.

Looks like this nuisance number is relatively new in use. Received a call today, 17 April 2023. Glad to see earlier reports being made to warn others.

Came up as Warrugul Victoria. No message left and I didn't answer it. Saw the above comment so I blocked it.

"Richard" calls my landline numerous times every day even when told to stop calling. Says he represents the largest group of charities in Australia. Suspect this is a scam caller.

No message left, I assume another scammer. Number blocked

They called at 7.45 then after 10pm like most people won’t be sleeping!! No message left and had called earlier in the day too! Nuisance callers for sure have told them a number of times before do not call I have silent number
