I could tell it wasnt a real person because i have been getting a bunch of random calls and when i used to answer them they would just immediately hang up after i answer.

This one left a message when i just declined the call, when i played the message it said in a robotic voice "your number has been reported to the federal court under my name and i will get arrested, press 1 press 1".

once you answer one of these phone calls and they hang up i feel like they grab your number and send it to all kinds of phone bots and scams because they know you are a real person that answers.
