Never leaves message.
They call from 10 different numbers.
Quite often not during business hours.

I didn't press 1 and hung up.

Likely a utility company (possibly AGL) calling re. overdue bills.
They seem to use randomly assigned numbers (as the caller) via a computer system so if you call back it doesn't go anywhere.
Annoying because they never leave a message so not clear who it was.
