Well, it's Feb 2010 and it's still going on, I have been receiving these hang ups from this number at least twice in Feb alone. So annoying because it's our office number they're calling and we get interrupted every time - just for them to hang up on us!What's the point!!

It's Origin Energy running their gas discount promotion.

Same here, had a call on Friday Nov 27 and then another call today, 3:07 on Nov 30, 2009.  I answered and then got nothing.

Could be Origin as in the replies below. Never had this number call me before and recently just moved to new location and signed up with Origin. Now have been receiving these calls once every day. When picked up, no voice and it hangs up.Bloody annoying and wondering if I can invoice Origin for time wasted to attend and pick up call or interruption when phone rings!
