calls but hangs up straight away

could not understand the Indian man on the phone, phone kept cutting out, apparently they were forwarded my Accident compensation file, I hung up

Was a recorded message apparently from the taxation department i committed fraud. they want you to call back a number they told me which obviously i didn't but is a SCAM for sure!
