Caller: Automated voice Phone rang with area bar saying the call was from Echuca/Dingee. No reply to my initial hello and then an automated message 12 seconds later that said goodbye.

Caller: Internet service provider apparently Gave me some BS story about my internet connection cutting out therefore she can help me solve this made up “problem” by offering me a better deal.
