never call back an unknown number. either confirms you as a person to be targeted, or you are just ringing the person whos phone number has been hijacked by scammers. Annoying for them, and beyond their control. If it is a legitimate call, they would leave a message and you would know whether to respond or its just not that important. don't get sucked in.

Answered - nothing - silent? I hung up (Phone did warn it was a fraud line, but some of my patients come up as scams so I have to answer them).
