Caller: Indian accent

Telstra technical department!!!!!

Caller: A 'technician' from Testra

He said there was a problem with my internet connection. He asked me to turn on my computer (I didn't) and then he passed me to a 'specialist technician'.
Then some crackling on the line prevented the call continuing.
They rang back 3 times. The crackling (a potato chip packet) saved me.

They are a nuisance!

The have been trying for a couple of weeks here on an 08 number, seems they have now changed to an 03.

Was a gap of silence then sounded like a voice recording they said good bye I hung up half way through what they were saying

Indian accented man told me his name was Steve and he was calling me from Telstra's Technical department. I told him he wasn't and hung up on him. Same number called again within an hour of the first but I got the recorded "Goodbye" which was somewhat disappointing because I was looking forward to talking to my mate Steve again. ;-)

I said Hello. Recorded message said Goodbye. Second call in a couple of days.

did not recognise number, they did not leave a message to call back so .... SCAM!!! what idiots when will this lowlife wake up that we are aware of their subterfuge

Caller: Said they were Telstra. NO!!

What do we have to do to get rid of these people FOREVER?

A scam number. Male Indian voice said he was from Telstra Technical Department!

Indian caller, sounded like he was ringing from home with his kids screaming in the background.

same as anonymous on july 10 - totally dubious and now blocked on my mobile
