female indian accent woman called. background could hear static and said was from telstra saying there was a internet problem.

Caller ID displayed number as (03) 5321 2021. No answer from caller initially (about 5 seconds of static) then audible background noise/chatter, caller repeatedly saying hello. Heavy accent. Second time calling tonight. So many of these bloody nuisance numbers can't block them all ... SCAM Call Centre ... do not answer
