They ring anytime at night really annoying

Said electricity bill, couldn't tell me the company and had trouble telling my name, hung up and blocked

Multiple calls. No message. When answering call making no comment and the call disconects-seems to rely on voice recognition to engage-very annoying and wish the Australian gov. Would stop letting companies create this problem of serial pestering cold calling and the invasion of personal privacy.
They are soliciting pure and simple and it is unacceptable

I hung up initially, they had called twice, then rang back, selective deals or something.

This numbers called me time after time and I have no idea who they are or what they want. They know me by name but I don't want them calling me again.
