No mesage but the number used was 5296 5730 and yesterday it was 5296 5757. I blocked thdem but they keep coming back grrrrrr

I answer. Silence! If I hang on long enough I hear a scratchy crackle followed by the caller hanging up. It's not a technical issue. Other calls inbound and outbound on my service are fine.
