Caller: Indian Male Started with a recorded voice telling me that my Amazon Prime was about to renew and that there was another account also linked to my account, hence I would be charged twice. I played along with the call and and went to so called customer support who tried to convince me to download an app to my phone called ANYDESK. I told him I had to go driving so call back later while I could get time to check. It's a remote access device to access my phone. I'm eagerly waiting for him to call back so I can tell him what I think
