Same, ATO threatening with lawsuit and arrest if I don’t call back. Shan’t be calling the scammers back.

Called with recorded message (in poor English) claiming that the ATO was filing a lawsuit against me and that I had to ring back or they would issue a warrant for my arrest. Absolute scam!!

Auto dialler with recorded message saying there is a lawsuit under your name and to call back on a specific number otherwise you would be arrested

Robot voice claiming the ATO was filing a lawsuit and that I had to call back to avoid arrest.

Same scam today to my Australian mobile number.

Called claiming that I have a suit against me and that I need to call back the number they called me on.

Yep I had the same - robot voice telling me that i must return the call on his 'department number' or else an arrest warrant would be filed under my name.... utter scam!!!!
