What they do not make easy is the fact that you are unable to return their calls, kept on hold for a bizarrely long period of time and then hung up but not before it says LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER. Foolishly I left my contact details, the guy calling himself JIM rang me and said ''hello sir this is about your enquiry etc". When I asked him what he was on about, I heard him hanging up. Weirdo!
