Scam call.. didn't answer but message was Indian accent and call centre noises in the background.

Answered phone to hear the noise like I rang them before they answered and said he was giving away free LED lights etc from government. Told him we had them to take us off list and then hung up. He called straight back and when I answered said Goodnight Mam and then hung up on me!

But number does not exist and number (03) 5292 3312 might be spoofed by scammers

Harassing people who claim to replace LED lights for free. Don't answer. When you decline and say you are not interested and are on the Do Not Call Register they still persist....
