Govt agency solar panels etc, they have been calling me everyday on various numbers for the last four months. I am on a do not call register and block these numbers but it's like harassment

Caller: "Victorian Government."

Overseas call centre demanding to speak to the owner of the house. This absolute waste of carbon first demanded to speak to Mr. or Mrs. X, then, when he was informed that he would need to hold a seance for that, he demanded to speak with the owner. He went on to claim he wasn't a telemarketer (b***s**t) and was from the "Victorian Government."
