Called to tell me there was a problem with our internet at home. Gave me another number they were calling from. (We are a business) said he could take me through a process to make sure nobody else could use our internet. Neither number worked when I tried to call back. (not sure what the scam is, but didn't want to go any further, wanted to ask me what our IP address is, well he should know that surely??
