Multiple calls throughout the day which I ignore, finally answered one call as “NSW police”as getting fed up, they hung up immediately! So annoying though and have had other calls from Queensland number

called me three times in one day - saying its about my electricity bill. I asked them (knowing I do not have an account under my name) well what address is it in regards to then. They would not answer and for the third time today I asked them to stop calling me and take me off the call list.

Rang me 4 times today. I knew it’s a telemarketer as I don’t know anyone nor have any business in VIC. And they call at 8pm.

Where do they get my number from? This is a spare phone that nobody has the number for so can only assume they’ve got it from Telstra.
