continuous calls from this number (and others with the same first four numbers) always hangs up if I bother answering. So far calls end in 9066, 9063, 9062, 9061

Missed call, no message. This call was followed by another one from (03) 5212 9081. Both calls were made from Newtown, Victoria. I've blocked both numbers.
