A man called and spoke Mandarin directly to me. He knew my legal name, before I could clarify further, he hung up the phone.

A man called and spoke Mandarin directly to me. He knew my legal name, and after confirming it, he hung up the phone. The weird thing is, I never provided my personal details to this company.

Multiple calls, all saying they are following up on a query I made. I made no query, and did no search - so either Aussie Broadband has a new marketing strategy, or their number is being spoofed. Either way it doesn't look good and i have blocked the number.

Aussie Broadband, following up on an plan query I made with them 30 minutes ago online. Called and reduced the plan costs! Wow.
Don't see Telstra and Optus doing that.

Got around Do Not Call register as I checked eligibility for free FTTP upgrade on their website. Did not put phone number in. They called about an hour later. How did they get our landline number??

Aussie Broadband, called me about 6 times today, each time I have told them I have nothing to do with them. I am also on the do not call list. I have reported them to ACMA.

Was looking up what NBN technology ran to our house and accidently clicked on their site. Have had repeated calls since. Never leave a message. No blocked.

If they put the same effort into their support as they do their sign ups, they would have me as a customer.
I was transferred to their tech support line and... "you are 84th in the queue".
They are all NBN resellers, the only thing they provide is service, and having a queue 80+ deep shows they don't care about service.

Claimed that they were following up from a enquiry I apparently made on the web. I haven't enquired about Aussie BB for such long time this must be a random call from them from when I used to be a customer. Called them and they were just following up with me as I was an old customer. Saying in the message I received that it was following up from a web enquiry was a falsehood. I am on the do not call register and they tried to circumnavigate by saying I instigated. Sorry Aussie BB you have lost my trust!
