Caller: About Electricity - Seemed a bit doggy

Rang to say that the government had changed pay on time discounts and that they could find me a new deal with the cheapest rate. They had old information on my location that concerned me and then asked for my address. I told them I was not comfortable to give my address they said they needed to find my meter and I stated that I was not going to give them my address and they hung up.

Caller: they identified themselves as Home Saver

a man speaking in broken English said he was from Home Saver, I asked for his phone number as I was on the do not call register and he hung up, I rang the number and it said the number was not connected.

Caller: SPAM CALLER

Guy said he was calling about my electricity. I told him my electricity was fine. He hung up. I tried calling back, automated message said "the mobile number" was disconnected.

They have all the details of your electricity account..name as well as your address and then want to transfer to their supervisor to give you discounts

Tried to return the call and told to check the number.

left no message, called twice. Looked up here to find out it belonged to a pet shop in Bairnsdale...well, I have no pets & live nowhere near Bairnsdale...I'd say this is a fake

Caller: Wasn’t Bairnsdale Petshop

Supposed to be a petshop number but it’s not! This caller is hiding the number under someone else’s. This caller claimed to be from some electricity provider trying to sell me a deal. I’m already on the do not call register which I told him and seemed to be oblivious to. Hang up and BLOCK!
