Seems to be the area for Call Centres. Exact number also in Romania. Google search shows number (and multiple similar numbers) linked to a "business" called "Scientific People/Love Stars Scientific People/Love Stars. What is the point of the Do Not Call Register ... getting really frustrating., Have reported multiple of these numbers to Scamwatch.gov.au.
