Called back this number from my missed call, and automatic voice response says number could not be reached, to check number if correct.

This number keeps calling my number, but could not call back.

Caller: Green energy

Green energy- an Indian woman called telling me they could save me money on my electricity bills. I explained I don’t know where she got my number because I don’t pay electric bills and she hung up on me. Sounded as if she was sitting in a car- noisy in the background.
