Claimed to be calling from some fundraising outfit that I've never heard of. When questioned about how they obtained my UNLISTED number the caller launched into an assertive spiel about how fundraisers are exempt from Do Not Call register requirements, which of course has little to do with how they obtained an unlisted number in the first place. She continued to speak over the top of me so I dropped the call and blocked the number.

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with no message being recorded on completion.
