This number showed up on the Caller ID display when they called my elderly mother. They said it was to get discounted electricity. When I called the number back there is a message stating the number you have dialed is currently unavailable and the call automatically disconnects. I strongly believe it's a scam.

Caller: Said his name was Robert Burns (obviously fake) Man from the Victorian Government offering electricity concessons to eligible customers. He had a difficult to understand Indian accent. I didn't trust him so I terminated the call.

Most likely scam, no message left, called back and got currently unavailable message have blocked this number.
