Silent call, hang up right after I pick up

I am so angry. I’ve had 8 calls since 9th January. They are phoning from Bendigo. Foreign accent, hard to understand, even when you say you’re not interested, they keep ringing and just change the last 4 digits of the phone no. and even worse, they are phoning me on my mobile! There was a reason I got rid of my fixed line phone, but now they have my mobile and can’t stop them, because they just change the number.
