The caller had a subcontinent accent and was difficult to understand. Claimed he got my number from an Australian Data Services website which he named, but I could not find on the internet. Wanted to know if I received an email about better electricity rates. It sounded like an unsolicited scam call, and I wanted to dig deeper, but in the end I could not be bothered. He was going to send me material about the rates, but of course nothing showed up. Scam but may have ghosted the number.
