Caller: Chinese Customer Service Was a recording telling me that my phone service will be shut down in 2 hours. Push 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. When the person spoke. They spoke in Chinese. I said excuse me. They asked me to speak in Chinese. I told them I do not speak Chinese . They asked why I called as it was a Chinese customer service. I told her that she called me. She promptly hung up.
