Caller: Scam SCAM - When I answered, they hung up straight away. This is likely so they can store your number in a database knowing you are more susceptible to answer scam calls. It appears deceiving as the number states they are located in Bendigo, hence trying to establish trust. Stay safe from scams - don't answer calls you don't recognise, unless you are expecting a call from a number that is not in your phone contacts!
Another website lists them as an eBay scam caller offering fake gift cards.

Caller: I dont know Call was labelled "Potential fraud, reported as fraud". When tried to call back only got engaged tone.
