Called 3 times on Sunday afternoon. Very persistent. Did not answer.

I have Malwarebytes anti virus for my PC and mobile and this is the first time it has flagged a call as spam from this number. Seems even American based anti virus companies are quick off the mark in flagging political spammers in Australia this year.

Got two calles from this number yesterday, got one today. Both left no message, Samsung identified as possible spam robocall. Good I looked up the number here and confirmed this is another annoying survey calls that I always get just before the announcement of federal elections.

Rang on my mobile twice today; one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Didn't pick up the calls because the number looks peculiar starting with 4. No voice message left, so will be blocking the number on the phone.

Unrecognised number, let it ring out. No message left... checked here. Blocked.

Robocall. Political survey on who you would vote for. Unfortunately exempt from Do Not Call register. Just hang up - dont give them the statistics they can use for their marketing purposes.

03-44 is the new number range for the Bendigo region, to expand on the existing 03-54 range.
The number range 03 4427-92xx is allocated to the Tennyson exchange area within the ACMA Number Range Management document, as follows.

Still a VOIP related scammer though, probably based on the Indian sub-continent with this as an Australian VOIP service

Getting a lot of calls lately from weird numbers like this

As I notice the 03 area code and the number starting with 44 and indicated from Tennyson. Hoping Optus will do more to warn or routinely block these scam numbers like Telstra is working on. I’ve blocked this one on my mobile but tomorrow it maybe a slightly different 03 44XX XXXX number that scam calls.

no msg left I don't answer unrecognized numbers. If they don't leave a msg, I don't return the call. I just block it

Never answer unknown numbers on our landline.
Unfortunately cannot block these type of calls from the landline.

Of course blocking doesn't stop the multitude of numbers they can use????

Usual routine. Ring. I don’t answer. No message left. If legitimate surveys why do they even use this technique anymore (hint never believe political polls on TV because most people do not answer these calls so who is really being surveyed)

Phone didn't ring, but says I missed the call. Samsung phone says it's a scam, so I've blocked it.

Don't answer it. Even a click can be used for no good.
