Same thing just happened to me. I didn't press 1 and the phone just hung up. Seems like a scam to me.

An automated voice claimed a parcel being shipped under my name had been stopped by the Border Force as it contained something illegal, and that there was an arrest warrant out for me. It asked me to press 1 to speak to an officer. I hung up.

I answered, then a delayed computerised response came on saying: Your services are now suspended. Press 1 to find out details of the case against you. I just hung up
