A variation on the Txation Office scam, now a recorded message.
At least I got a pre recorded message, asking me or my lawyer to call the "hotline", to avoid warrants etc.
I have not been required to fie tax returns for many years, this confrmed by A.T.O.

Same as above - A variation on the Taxation Office scam. First time received this call from this number. Received taxation notification before but from different number.

I have had the same message twice in the past month. ASked if I had paid my taxes on the house I had sold or bought in the past 6 months, threatened to proceed with paperwork for my arrest but when i asked to speak to the manager the guy said his name was Karen so I told him it was a girls name and he started laughing and hung up. I have reported it to Scamwatch.com and to the taxation dept.

Total hoax. Asking for my TFN upon call back.. Didn't give it. Then was threatened to have paperwork lodged for my trial and possible arrest !
