Amazon prime and where going to take $79.99 from my bank account but when asked why have you not asked to check my ID she said nothing and hung up

There was an automated voice saying there's an arrest warrant on me for finding an illicit package in the post with my details on it and press 1 to talk to an officer. I'm assuming it's fake
