Scam caller. If you answer the call you get an AI voice message. If you call back, you get AI voice message that you've contacted "Outreach BPL" ie Brooklyn Public Library.. Your call is then put on permanent hold with really scratchy music in the background that loops around every 10 secs. FYI the phone number is spoofed, and NOT the actual number of The Boston Public Library.
