Unknown caller rings at awkward times and yet always fails to leave a voice message.

Calling around 2pm in the afternoon, missed call and no voicemail left.

I was talking to someone who rang me and it all of a sudden cut out, looked on my phone it said line on hold, but on the other persons end this number was showing up on their medical phone while they were actually talking to me on a local number.

Caller: Definitely a Scam!

They left a message, which was a fake automated service for either English or Chinese, about a service.
