Caller: scam calling from ballarat VIC. called at 7.20pm.Do not know anybody in VIC or Ballarat. suspected a scam and did not answer. appears i was correct in my assumption.

I received a voicemail from this number that asks me to press 9 for my case, then speaks in Chinese. I believe this is Chinese because I get these phone calls multiple times a day from all different numbers that either say this, or they say that they are the Chinese embassy and I need to press 1 for English, then proceed to speak Chinese.
