Caller: Australia LifePoints Difficult to understand. Eventually made out "calling from Australia LifePoints". When I said "I don't know what this is", I got hung up on. Only through Googling did I find out it's a survey centre. Customer service is pretty darn shoddy.

DONT'T ANSWER. As soon as I spoke, they hung up. Atrocious - I wish I had been able to hear the company name....

Caller: Suspected scam call They tried yesterday with another number. Calls coming from Ballarat Victoria. I do not know anyone in that location.
