Scam call recorded message about paypal

I've been getting a series of phonecalls from 0481 60X XXX numbers, which come up as a scam and I block them. Prior to that it was 03 9970 xxx numbers. They call every day, at a different time of day, always with very similar but slightly different numbers, and all show as scam calls. It appears I may have finally blocked them all, as I am now getting calls from 03 4334 xxxx numbers, that my phone also identifies as spam, so here we go again. Very annoying, and no way I'm going to answer.

Claiming to be from PayPall and calling about a suspicious transaction. Had some of my personal details which was annoying but could not tell me about any legitimate previous PayPal transactions . At this point they realised the game was up and they hung up.
