Telstra called saying I have an outstanding bill. As I do not have an account with Telstra I hung up and blocked the number.

I got called today. I answered as I was expecting a call from Ballarat. No one answered when I said Hello. Prerecorded message from Telstra about my email service. I just hung up.

Caller: Scammer Answered and heard recorded VM saying it's from Telstra and my phone will be disconnected. Then they repeated in Chinese. It's a scam.
