Just had a call left from (03) 4309 4034 saying they were the ATO and same recorded voice saying to call back to stop Police turning up at my home or place of work. LOL
These scammers stop at nothing.

I had the same it's a scam

automated scam call. final warning from the director of public prosecutions blah blah blah

I called them back and they said it was ATO and I told them if they called back I would go to police and that seemed to spook the guy a little bit. They asked what number i got the call on and I didn't give it to them - if they were ATO they would know.

An automated call threatening police if I did not call back.

Police do not do this - they just turn up, so don't believe the caller.

Synthesised voice saying it was my last warning and to call some number if i don't want police at my door. Sounds like a scam to me. Had the same call from another number with QLD area code. So I reckon it is probably a Voip setup with the same scammers

Pre-recorded threatening call, telling me to call a number (or get my lawyer to call) in regards to an ATO debt - clearly a scam.

Robocall scam purporting to be DPP calling on behalf of ATO

Same happened to me. I received a voice message saying me to ring them back if I don't want police at my place.

this is a scam.....

they call saying you owe the ato money.

Same as David. Synthesised voice with a warning from the 'DPP regarding tax....' I hung up before it finished. I've had similar calls before. Scammers

I called back number (03) 4309 4034 rang 3 times then goes to busy tone.
