Rings and never leaves a message

Unknown number originating from similar location & similar numbers (Newtown, Victoria).......did not answer & did not leave a message, blocked & deleted

Unsolicited call from an unknown number - assumed to be a scam

Rings often, from Newtown Vic and no message

my phone picks the call up from Newtown Victoria. When I call them back they answer the call with "Thank you for calling us back" in a thick south asian accent and you can hear yelling a screaming in the background. Hung up before I asked any questions, that was more than enough for me to understand this is some kind of scam business.
