Got a call from them, no message, received 3pm. Legitamate or scam?

Caller: Solar battery

Most of these telemarketers call and when you answer and then hang up. When you call back they say thanks for calling and then start their spill about solar battery rebate. And then hang up when you ask them why they have to hang up in the first place.
Not a fan of telemarketers and very annoyed that still contact you when you tell them to remove my name off the list numerous times

Probably scam. They rang me, no message.

Hung up when I answered. I’d say scam
