Caller: Scammer Claimed to be from 'Hume City Council' - with whom I have no business. They couldn't pronounce 'Hume' correctly, and was clearly VOIP from a sub-continental call centre. Total scam, do not answer.

Caller: Sounded like a call centre with nouise in background Answered then they just hung up, usual scam calling just block the number

When you try to call back it is just dead with no dial tone. Scam and Block.
