Says it came from Newtown Victoria. Many other numbers saying from this area are scam calls regarding fake govt sponsored hot water systems and light globes.

Received 2 calls from this unknown number today, first time they left a message but when I dialled to listen to it, the message was 1 second. Second time no message left. Likely a scam, if it was legit there'd be a proper message.

sounded like a call center. I hung up and rang back number unavailable. then my phone rang showing same number I answered no-one there.
Blocked the number

Didn’t leave a message, when I rang back, call failed.
