Called number back. Recorded message with an american accent stated "the number you have dialed is not in use"

fake authorization required for about $1900 supposedly about to be debited from VISA - automated voice wants you to press 1 to find out more or cancel?

Call from Newtown, Victoria. Don't know anyone from there. Didn't pick up so don't know who called & they didn't leave a message. Have received numerous previous calls from locations in Victoria like pre recorded yank messages from 'certain departments' where they want me to pony up outstanding monies. I block those calls immediately.
